The Guide Dogs charity recently held a reception in Parliament to raise awareness of their ‘Talking Buses’ campaign. The aim of the campaign is to get equipment installed on buses which will announce the next stop and final destination of the bus to make it easier for blind people to know where they are. Sharon was pleased to see the Equalities Minister Michael Forster MP at the event, and hopes that the Government will take on board what the campaign wants to achieve.
