Sunderland CAB have opened a new Pop-up shop in the Galleries in Washington, where shoppers can drop in to seek advice.

Sharon met with Denise Irving the Manager of Citizens Advice Sunderland, Jenny Beavis from the Galleries Management Team who have helped to set up the shop, and the Chair of Citizens Advice Sunderland, Chris Graham.

There was already a steady stream of people coming in to seek advice from the staff and volunteers on duty.

Sharon is supporting the CAB's "Fair Play for Prepay" campaign.
