It is a privilege to have received a letter from the President and Secretary General of the OSCE. Having led several delegations on the UK’s behalf for the OSCE, I know first-hand the amazing work the organisation does to promote peace and democracy worldwide.

Elected officials, like anyone, should be able to do their jobs free from violence and intimidation. Until this is the case, the work must continue.

I’m proud to be part of organisations like the OSCE who exist solely to promote this purpose. Their support is much appreciated at this worrying and unsettling time.
